Before the clock strikes midnight…

Hello, beautiful soul!

As 2025 draws to a close, I want to share a simple truth with you…

A new year doesn’t feel new if we drag all the old stories into it.

The feeling of lack.
The habit of playing small.
The subtle belief that if something good comes to us, we must have gained it the hard way.

What if this next chapter didn’t require more effort… but more allowing?

Imagine your desires as demand, like turning on the water.
And imagine your beliefs as the valve.

The supply is never the problem.
The universe isn’t running low.
The real question is how open your valve is to allow the flow.

So often we’re asking for more joy, more ease, more abundance…
while quietly holding beliefs that say,
“It has to be hard.”
“I’ll relax once I see proof.”
“Abundance has to be earned.”

That’s when life starts to feel heavy.
Not because we’re asking for too much, but because we’re creating resistance to what we want.

Many of us learned to justify working hard in the pursuit of success.
To feel worthy only after we’ve been through something challenging.
To wear exhaustion like a badge of honor.

But life was never meant to be wrestled into submission.

It was meant to flow.

And here’s a loving invitation as we step into a brand-new year…

What if you relaxed your expectations instead of tightening them?
What if you stopped trying to prove your worth and simply accepted your blessedness?
What if things coming easily didn’t make you lazy… but aligned?

You don’t need to cut yourself off from your happiness because someone else is still learning how to allow theirs.
You don’t need to struggle to deserve what’s already waiting for you.

Your only job is to find the balance between what you’re asking for in life (the water) and allowing the energy of that desire to flow through you (the valve).
Desire… and allowing.
Asking… and receiving.
Dreaming… and believing.

So tonight, as the clock resets, don’t set harder goals for 2026.
Open the valve.

✨Let the new year be new.
✨Let life surprise you in beautiful ways.
✨Let good things arrive without a fight.

Here’s to more flow, more trust, and more freedom in the year ahead.

With love and belief in what’s possible, 💛

P.S. The universe has a beautiful way of meeting you right where you are. Trust that you’re supported and loved… more than you can imagine.

You Don't Need a Plan. You Need a Direction. Somewhere there's a poster board with curled edges and an inspirational quote that fell off. It knows what you really want. Do you? My first vision board collected more dust than results. Sound familiar? I made it about ten years ago: poster board, magazine cutouts, a lot of hope, and little strategy. I had pictures of places I wanted to go, a life that felt bigger than the one I was living, and words like "freedom" and "abundance" that I'd clipped...

How I Made the Biggest Decision of My Life By Accident Most people never decide. They just eventually run out of reasons not to. The Difference Between Dreaming and Deciding I called it a writing retreat. That's the name I gave it while it was still finding its shape. Something small and manageable enough to start. Florida for a few months. My happy place. A part of Florida I'd never seen. Space to focus on writing the book about my dad's disappearance that had been living in my heart for...

Feel It First Fact: 95% of your daily thoughts, habits, and reactions are running on autopilot. No wonder change feels so hard. By 2017, I had been on my spiritual journey for several years. I had read books and followed the teachers, absorbed everything I could get my hands on from Abraham Hicks, Bob Proctor, Mike Dooley, and others. I was intrigued and fascinated by all of it. But I hadn't yet put it to a real, deliberate test. Then came the raffle at work during Hospital Week. It was the...
